Equality Objectives

1. We aim to monitor and analyse pupil achievement by race, gender and disability, and act on any trends or patterns in the data that require additional support for pupils.
2. We aim to develop a curriculum that is broad and balanced, fully diverse and inclusive and celebrates equality. 
3. We aim to develop the ‘additional to’ and ‘different from’ provision so that SEND pupils make good progress year on year from their baseline.
