Welcome to Grove Primary School

It is my great pleasure, on behalf of our pupils, staff and Governing Body, to welcome you to Grove Primary School.

Grove is a vibrant, inclusive and caring school where children are at the heart of everything we do. We want every child to feel safe, valued and excited to learn. We know our pupils as individuals, recognise their unique strengths and provide the encouragement and support they need to flourish.

Our motto, Achieving Excellence Together, reflects our belief that children achieve their very best when school and families work in partnership. Together, we create a community in which everyone feels welcomed, respected and able to contribute.

We have high expectations for every child, both academically and personally. Our engaging curriculum inspires curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. We encourage pupils to embrace challenges, learn from their mistakes and take pride in their achievements. We also place great importance on developing confidence, resilience, independence and emotional wellbeing.

Our core values are woven into daily life at Grove. We teach our children to be Kind and Caring, to become School Guardians and Truth Heroes, to be Good Listeners and Great Doers, and to grow into Respect Rockstars. These values help pupils understand that success is measured not only by what they achieve, but also by how they treat others.

We celebrate the rich diversity of our school and are committed to equality, inclusion and opportunity for all. We want our children to leave Grove as confident, compassionate and responsible young people, ready to make a positive difference in the world.
